If you haven't, you should!! These dinner kits are perfect for non-chefs like me. Each box comes with idiot-proof instructions and all ingredients needed, except the chicken. Most of them sell for about $4, but the prices are frequently reduced to $3/box. That's $3, plus chicken, to feed a group of 5. Pretty good deal!
This particular dish is called "Tuscan Chicken", although we have tried the Mediterranean Chicken and the Chicken Alfredo. All of them have been delicious! We usually pick up a couple of boxes on our trip to the grocery store and save them for when we are not really in the mood to use our creativity for cooking. They won't let you down!!
